BACKGROUND
This project was instigated to co-ordinate a suite of stakeholder-facing publications that were previously produced at irregular intervals and in mutual isolation by different teams within the organisation with no oversight in terms of corporate identity or quality control. The document suite includes the organisation’s Annual Report and Financial Statements, the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report, quarterly Trading Updates for the LSE and an annual Investor Update slide deck.
BRIEF
The main aims of the project were to create a shared layout system and design language which could be applied in print and digital formats – allowing a consistent, comfortable and accessible reading experience in all touchpoints. An integrated design, proofreading and production workflow allowed for the Annual Report to be laid out, amended and published in HTML and PDF formats simultaneously – allowing users to access either the audited and digitally signed PDF or accessible, responsive HTML version as preferred.
